Agra carries out routine service work for offshore companies, which includes regularly reconditioning David Brown and Hamworthy gearboxes, Hedemora, Bergan, Mirralees, and Nohab cylinder heads, Hedemora oil pumps, haaglands thrusters etc. Our expertise stretches much further than this and we can recondition almost any type of marine engine or gearbox.
We have an in-house test rig for marine gearboxes and can offer test sheets where required.
We also regularly manufacture small batches of components and one-off's. This is useful for companies who need quick solutions, parts that are not available, or simply can't afford to wait weeks for components to be manufactured.
